Shipping & Returns

Damaged Items:

All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.  Please email info@wildrootsoutdoor.com with a description and image of the damage.  We will either send out a replacement item(s) free of charge, or provide you with a refund if the item(s) is no longer in stock. 
We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been intentionally damaged.

All Other Returns:

If you wish to return an item you purchased from wildrootsoutdoor.com, please read the following policy, which includes all the information necessary to return or exchange your order. 

30-day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means all parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To start a return, submit a request through the contact form describing the issue and reason of return. Once your return has been accepted we will provide you with instructions on how to return.

Non-Returnable Items 

Please note that some items are ineligible to be returned for various reasons (discontinued product, LTL delivery method, etc..). These items will carry a final sale disclaimer on the product page.

Do you provide free return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including buyers remorse, the buyer will be required to pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return & let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Some banks may vary in the time it takes to show up on your statement. 

Is there any restocking fee?

There’s no restocking fee.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It also must include all the parts originally supplied.

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@wildrootsoutdoor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can I return an item?

All returns must be sent in the mail. We don’t offer in store returns.

Damages / incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact us within 24 hours to let us know so we can rectify the situation for you. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us and we will provide a free return label and send the correct item out for you.

How will I get the return label?

For damaged or defective returns: Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You just need to Download and Print the label.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. If you contact us after 24 hours and your order has already shipped, no refunds will be issued without returning the product.
